No hazardous materials. That means no wet or liquid paint, solvents, motor oil, batteries, tires, or refrigerators still holding freon. Dried, hardened paint in a can is fine, it’s only the liquid stuff we can’t take. Electronics sometimes have special handling rules, so ask first. Household junk, construction debris, yard waste, and remodel materials all go in no problem.

If the bin sits on your driveway or anywhere on private property, no permit is needed. If it has to go on a public street in 93021, the City of Moorpark public works department issues the permit and either the homeowner or your contractor pulls it. Most of our Moorpark jobs stay on the driveway, so permits rarely come up.
