Standard rental is 8 days from the day we drop it off. If you need more time, just let us know at least 2 business days before your scheduled pickup and we’ll extend it. The earlier you call, the easier it is to keep your spot on the route.

No hazardous materials: paint (liquid), solvents, oils, batteries, tires, or refrigerators with freon. Dried hardened paint is fine, it’s only wet paint that’s a problem. Electronics sometimes need special handling, so ask. Household junk, construction debris, yard waste, and remodel materials are all good to go.

If the bin sits on your driveway or private property in 91301, no permit needed. If it has to go on a public street, the City of Agoura Hills public works department issues the permit. Either the homeowner or the contractor pulls it. We can walk you through it when you book.

Yes. Just tell us at booking which direction you want the rear access doors facing, toward the street, the garage, or the yard, and we’ll note it for the driver. It makes a real difference if you’re loading from one side or backing a wheelbarrow or skid steer up to it.

Every size comes with a weight allowance built into the flat rate. If you go over, there’s a per-ton overage charged at the dump’s rate, nothing marked up on our end. We’ll tell you the allowance up front when you book so there aren’t any surprises when the truck comes back.
