No wet or liquid paint, solvents, oils, batteries, tires, or refrigerators with freon. Dried hardened paint is fine. Electronics sometimes need special handling, so ask first. Everything else, household junk, construction debris, yard waste, remodel materials, drywall, flooring, cabinets, all good to load up.

If the bin sits on your driveway or private property in 91360, no permit needed. If it has to go on a public street, the City of Thousand Oaks public works department issues the permit. The homeowner or contractor pulls it directly. We can walk you through what to ask for if it’s your first time.

Most Thousand Oaks HOAs want advance notice and a written placement plan before you drop a bin. We’ll give you the delivery time, size, and dimensions so you have what you need to submit. Get HOA approval squared away before you book with us, that way there are no last-minute hiccups on delivery day.

We place heavy-duty protection pads under the bin when the driveway layout allows. The pads prevent staining, scratching, and pressure cracks on concrete, pavers, and stamped surfaces.
