If the bin sits on your driveway or private property, no permit needed anywhere in 93010. If it has to go on a public street, the City of Camarillo public works department issues the permit. Yes, mixing regular trash with construction debris is no problem. The one exception is clean inert loads. If you’ve got only concrete, dirt, or asphalt, that goes in a separate clean-inert bin so we can take it to a recycler at a lower dump rate and pass the savings on.
