Standard rental is 8 days from the day we drop it off. If your project runs long and you need more time, just give us a call at least 2 business days before your scheduled pickup and we’ll extend it. The earlier you tell us, the easier it is to keep your schedule on track.

No wet or liquid paint, solvents, motor oil, batteries, tires, or refrigerators with freon. Dried, hardened paint in the can is fine. Electronics sometimes need special handling, so ask first. Regular household junk, construction debris, yard waste, and remodel materials all go in without a problem.

If the bin sits on your driveway or private property in 91361, no permit needed. If it has to go on a public street, the City of Westlake Village public works department issues the permit, and either the homeowner or the contractor pulls it before delivery.

Most Westlake Village HOAs do require advance notice and a written placement plan. We’ll give you the delivery window, bin dimensions, and size details so you have everything to submit. Get HOA approval squared away before you book so there are no last-minute surprises on delivery day.

We place heavy-duty protection pads under the bin when the driveway layout allows, which prevents staining, scratching, and pressure cracks on concrete, pavers, and stamped surfaces. Tight access, sloped driveways, or step-down approaches sometimes make pads impractical, and dispatch will let you know at scheduling if that’s your situation.
