Most Valley jobs sit on private driveways so permits aren’t an issue, but for street placement in any LA city limits you’ll need an LADOT permit pulled before drop-off.

Standard rental period is 8 days from the day we drop it off. That covers most projects without rushing. If you need more time, just give us a heads-up at least 2 business days before your scheduled pickup and we’ll extend it. Last-minute extensions are harder because the truck is already routed.

No hazardous materials: wet paint, solvents, oils, batteries, tires, or refrigerators with freon still in them. Dried hardened paint is fine, it’s only liquid paint that’s a problem. Electronics sometimes need special handling so ask first. Household junk, construction debris, yard waste, and remodel materials all go in any bin.

If the bin sits on your driveway or private property, no permit needed. If it has to go on a public street anywhere in 91331 or other LA city ZIPs, you’ll need an LADOT street-use permit. The homeowner or the contractor pulls it directly from LADOT. We can point you to the right form if you’ve never done it.

Yes, just tell us at booking. The rear access doors can face the street, the garage, or the yard, whatever works for how you’re loading. We note it on the dispatch ticket so the driver sets it the right way the first time. Handy when you’re rolling a wheelbarrow up or backing a Bobcat to it.

Yep, mixed loads are fine. Drywall, wood, old furniture, packed boxes, yard trimmings, all in the same bin works. The one exception is clean inert material like concrete, dirt, or asphalt. Those need their own dedicated bin to keep dump fees low. If you’re unsure what you’ve got, call us.
