Standard rental is 8 days from the day we drop it off. If you need more time, just give us a heads up at least 2 business days before the scheduled pickup date and we’ll work out an extension. Easy to do, just don’t wait until pickup morning to call.

No hazardous stuff: wet paint, solvents, oils, batteries, tires, or fridges with freon still in them. Dried hardened paint is fine, it’s only liquid paint that’s a problem. Electronics may need special handling, so ask first. Household junk, construction debris, yard waste, and remodel materials all go in no problem.

If the bin sits on your driveway or private property, no permit needed. If it has to go on a public street in 91405 or anywhere else in Van Nuys, you’ll need an LADOT street-use permit. The homeowner or contractor pulls that one directly from the city.

Every size comes with a weight allowance built into the flat rate, and we tell you what that allowance is when you book so nothing’s a mystery. If you go over, there’s a per-ton overage charged at the dump’s actual rate. No markup games, just the scale ticket.

Yep, mixed loads are totally fine. The one exception is clean inert material, meaning concrete, dirt, or asphalt only. Those need to go in a separate clean-inert bin so the dump rate stays low. If you’re not sure what you’ve got, call us and we’ll sort it out before we drop.
