No hazardous materials: wet paint, solvents, oils, car batteries, tires, or refrigerators with freon. Dried, hardened paint is fine, it’s only the liquid stuff that’s a problem. Electronics may need special handling, so ask first. Regular household junk, construction debris, yard waste, and remodel materials are all good to go.

If the bin sits on your driveway or private property, no permit needed. If it has to go on a public street in 91356, you’ll need an LADOT street-use permit, which the homeowner or contractor pulls. Most of our Tarzana drops are driveway placements, so permits rarely come into play.

Every size comes with a weight allowance built into the flat rate, and we tell you exactly what it is when you book. If your load goes over, we charge a per-ton overage at the dump’s published rate. No hidden fees, no surprises. You’ll know the number before the bin shows up.
