Encino sits right in the middle of the south Valley, bordered by Ventura Boulevard’s commercial strip to the south and rolling residential streets that climb toward Mulholland. Most of our work here falls into two buckets. North of Ventura, we drop bins for garage cleanouts, pool deck demos, and the occasional estate cleanout in the older ranch-style neighborhoods. South of Ventura, where lots get bigger and the hillside homes start, it’s mostly luxury remodels, kitchen and bath gut jobs, and full property refreshes between owners. Driveways in the hills can be tight or steeply sloped, so we plan placement carefully. If your project sits along a busy stretch like Ventura or White Oak, street placement usually means pulling an LADOT permit first.

Standard rental is 8 days from the day we drop it off. If your project runs long, just give us a call at least 2 business days before your scheduled pickup and we’ll extend it. The earlier you let us know, the easier it is to keep things on your schedule instead of ours.

No hazardous materials: paint, solvents, oils, batteries, tires, or refrigerators with freon still in them. Dried, hardened paint is fine, it’s wet liquid paint that’s the issue. Electronics sometimes need special handling, so ask first. Household junk, construction debris, yard waste, and remodel materials are all good to go.

If the bin sits on your driveway or private property, no permit needed. If it has to go on a public street in 91316, you’ll need an LADOT street-use permit. Either the homeowner or your contractor can pull it. We can point you in the right direction if you’ve never done it before.

Absolutely. Call us when your bin is full and we’ll route a pickup-and-replace, usually same-day or next-day depending on timing. We do this all the time on roofing tear-offs, gut renovations, and multi-day cleanouts where one bin just isn’t enough to finish the job.

Every size comes with a weight allowance built into the flat rate. If you go over, we charge a per-ton overage at whatever the dump charges us, no markup. We tell you the allowance up front in Encino so you know exactly where the line is. No surprise fees at pickup.
