Most of our work in 91608 splits between two very different worlds. Access can be tricky on the narrow hillside streets, so we usually scout placement at booking. Street placement in this area falls under LADOT permitting, which the homeowner or contractor pulls before we drop the bin.

Our standard rental period is 8 days from the day we drop it off. That covers most projects comfortably. If you need more time, give us a call at least 2 business days before your scheduled pickup and we’ll extend it. Just don’t wait until pickup morning, by then the truck is already routed.

No hazardous materials: wet paint, solvents, oils, batteries, tires, or refrigerators still holding freon. Dried, hardened paint is fine, it’s only the liquid stuff we can’t take. Electronics sometimes have special handling rules, so ask first. Regular household junk, construction debris, yard waste, and remodel materials are all welcome.

If the bin sits on your driveway or private property in 91608, no permit needed. If it has to go on a public street, you’ll need an encroachment permit through LA County Public Works or LADOT depending on the block. We can point you to the right form and tell you what info they’ll ask for.

Absolutely. Call us when your bin is full and we’ll route a pickup-and-replace, usually same-day or next-day depending on timing. This is common on active sites: roofing tear-offs, gut renovations, multi-day estate cleanouts. No need to wait until the job is done to keep moving.

Yes, just tell us at booking. Whether you want the rear doors facing the street, the garage, or the yard, we’ll note it on the work order so the driver sets it correctly. It makes a real difference when you’re walking debris in from one side or backing a Bobcat up to the door.
