Studio City sits in that sweet spot between the 101 and the hills above Ventura Boulevard, and the work we do here reflects that mix. South of Ventura, we’re often dropping bins for kitchen and bath remodels in the hillside homes off Laurel Canyon and Coldwater Canyon, where driveways can be tight or sloped. Access in the hills above Mulholland sometimes calls for a smaller bin or a careful spot, and our drivers know the area well enough to make it work.

Standard rental period is 8 days from the day we drop it off. If you need more time, just give us a call at least 2 business days before your scheduled pickup and we’ll extend it. Easy to arrange as long as we hear from you before that pickup date.

No hazardous materials: paint, solvents, oils, batteries, tires, or refrigerators with freon still in them. Dried hardened paint in a can is fine, it’s only wet liquid paint that’s a problem. Electronics may need special handling, so ask first. Household junk, construction debris, yard waste, and remodel materials are all good to go.

If the bin sits on your driveway or private property, no permit needed. If it has to go on a public street in 91604, you’ll need an LADOT street-use permit. The homeowner or your contractor pulls that one. Most of our Studio City drops go on driveways and skip the permit step entirely.

Absolutely. Call us when your bin is full and we’ll route a pickup-and-replace, usually same-day or next-day depending on timing. This is common on active job sites like roofing tear-offs, gut renovations, and multi-day cleanouts where one bin just won’t cover it.
