Electronics sometimes need special handling, so ask first. Regular household junk, construction debris, yard waste, and remodel materials are all good to go.

If the bin sits on your driveway or private property, no permit needed. If it has to go on a public street in 91602, you’ll need an LADOT street-use permit. Either the homeowner or your contractor can pull it. Most Toluca Lake jobs end up on the driveway, so permits usually aren’t an issue.
