Standard rental is 8 days from the day we drop it off. If you need more time, just let us know at least 2 business days before your scheduled pickup and we’ll extend it. The earlier you call, the easier it is for us to keep your bin on-site without juggling the route.

No hazardous materials. That means no wet paint, solvents, oils, batteries, tires, or refrigerators with freon still in them. Dried, hardened paint is fine, it’s only the liquid stuff that’s a problem. Electronics may need special handling. Household junk, construction debris, yard waste, and remodel materials are all good to go.

If the bin sits on your driveway or private property, no permit needed. If it has to go on a public street in 91505 or anywhere else in Burbank, the city’s public works department issues the permit. Either the homeowner or the contractor pulls it. It’s usually a quick process locally.

Yes, we drop on dirt, gravel, grass, and other unpaved surfaces all the time. Just mention the surface when you book so the driver knows what he’s rolling into. New construction lots and the larger hillside properties in Burbank are routine for us.

Each size has a weight allowance built into the flat rate. If you go over, we charge a per-ton overage at the dump’s actual rate, no markup games. We’ll tell you the allowance up front when you book so you know exactly where the line is and there are no surprises on the back end.
