Our standard rental period is 8 days from the day we drop it off. That’s plenty of time for most remodels and cleanouts. If you need more time, just let us know at least 2 business days before your scheduled pickup and we’ll work out an extension.

Driveways and private property are the easiest spots and require no permit. If you need it on the street in the Palisades, you’ll need an LADOT street-use permit, which the homeowner or contractor pulls. Many Palisades driveways are sloped or narrow, so let us know the layout when you book.

Keep out hazardous materials like paint, solvents, motor oil, batteries, and tires. Refrigerators with freon are also a no. Some electronics have special handling rules, so ask first. Standard household junk, construction debris, yard waste, and remodel materials are all good to go.

Usually next day, and often same-day if you call in the morning. Pacific Palisades is a regular route for us, so scheduling is flexible. Weekends and Monday mornings book up faster, so it helps to call ahead at (818) 355-9597 if your timeline is tight.

We price by bin size with a generous weight allowance included, so there are no mystery scale tickets at the end. You know the number when you book. If your load is unusually heavy, like a lot of concrete or dirt, we’ll talk you through it upfront so there are no surprises.
