Topanga is unlike anywhere else we deliver. The narrow, winding stretch of Topanga Canyon Boulevard connects everything from the rustic hillside cabins near the State Park down to the homes closer to PCH. Most of our work up here splits between two project types: long-overdue property cleanouts on parcels that have been in the same family for decades, and renovation hauls on the larger custom homes tucked back on private drives. Access is the real conversation in 90290. Steep grades, gravel turnarounds, and tight switchbacks mean we plan every drop carefully. We’ve spent enough time on these roads to know which bins fit which driveways, and when staging closer to the main road makes more sense than fighting a tight approach.

Standard rental is 8 days from the day we drop it off. If you need more time, just give us a heads-up at least 2 business days before your scheduled pickup and we’ll extend it. The earlier you call, the easier it is to keep your project on track without a rushed swap.

No hazardous materials: wet or liquid paint, solvents, oils, batteries, tires, or refrigerators still holding freon. Dried, hardened paint is fine. Electronics sometimes need special handling, so ask first. Household junk, construction debris, yard waste, and remodel materials are all perfectly fine in any bin we drop.

If the bin sits on your driveway or private property in 90290, no permit needed. If it has to go on a public street or right-of-way, LA County Public Works issues the encroachment permit since Topanga is unincorporated. We can point you to the right form and walk you through what to ask for.

Very common up here. A 3-yard or 9-yard usually slots into tight Topanga driveways without trouble. If access is really tight, we can stage the bin closer to the road and shuttle from there. Snap a quick photo of your driveway and approach, text it over, and we’ll tell you exactly what fits.

Absolutely. We drop bins on dirt, gravel, grass, and other unpaved surfaces all the time. Just mention the surface when you book so the driver plans the approach. New construction lots and rural Topanga properties are routine work for us, so canyon terrain isn’t a problem.
