Bel Air is one of the trickiest areas in Los Angeles to drop a dumpster, and we know the terrain well. The neighborhood stretches from Sunset Boulevard up into the hills off Mulholland Drive, with narrow winding roads, steep driveways, and gated estates tucked behind hedges. Electronics sometimes need special handling, so ask first. Regular household junk, construction debris, yard waste, and remodel materials are all good to go.

If the bin sits on your driveway or anywhere on private property, no permit needed. If it has to go on a public street in 90077, you’ll need an LADOT street-use permit. The homeowner or your contractor pulls it directly from the city. We can tell you what info they’ll ask for.

Most HOAs in Bel Air want advance notice and a written placement plan before a bin shows up. We’ll give you the delivery date, time window, and size specs so you have everything you need to submit. Get HOA approval squared away before you book so we’re not rescheduling.
