Standard rental period is 8 days from the day we drop it off. That covers most projects without anyone feeling rushed. If you need more time, just give us a call at least 2 business days before your scheduled pickup and we’ll extend it. Letting us know early keeps the schedule clean.

No hazardous materials. That means no wet or liquid paint, solvents, oils, batteries, tires, or refrigerators still holding freon. Dried, fully hardened paint is fine. Electronics sometimes have special handling rules, so ask first. Regular household junk, construction debris, yard waste, and remodel materials all go in without any issue.

If the bin sits on your driveway or private property, no permit needed. If it has to go on a public street anywhere in 90049, you’ll need an LADOT street-use permit. The homeowner or the contractor running the job pulls it. It’s a straightforward process, just plan a couple days ahead.

Yes, no problem. We drop bins on dirt, gravel, grass, and other unpaved surfaces all the time. Just mention the surface when you book so the driver knows what to expect on the drop. New construction lots and properties further up the canyons in Brentwood are routine for our trucks.

A lot of Brentwood driveways are tight, especially up in the hills. A 3 yard or 9 yard usually fits where bigger bins can’t. If access is really tough, we can stage the bin and shuttle loads out. Snap a quick photo of your driveway and text it over. We’ll tell you exactly what will fit.
