Our standard rental period is 8 days, which covers most Beverlywood projects without rushing you. Need more time? Just let us know at least 2 business days before your scheduled pickup and we’ll extend it. Waiting until the last minute makes routing tough, so call early.

If the bin sits on your driveway or private property, no permit needed. If it has to go on the street, you’ll need an LADOT permit, which the homeowner or contractor pulls directly. Most Beverlywood driveways can fit at least our 9 or 10 yard, so street placement usually isn’t necessary.

No hazardous materials. That means no paint, solvents, motor oil, batteries, or tires. Refrigerators with freon are also out, and some electronics have special handling rules. Standard household junk, remodel debris, and yard waste are all fine. If you’re unsure about an item, just ask when you book.

Same-day delivery is usually doable in 90034 if you book in the morning. Afternoon calls typically go out next-day. Beverlywood is close to our routes, so we’re rarely more than a day out. Call (818) 355-9597 and we’ll tell you exactly what’s available.

You pay by size, with a weight allowance included in the flat rate. That keeps pricing predictable so you know the cost upfront before we drop the bin. If your load goes significantly over the allowance, there’s a per-ton overage. We’ll walk you through the numbers when you book.
