Hillside driveways near Linda Vista can be tight, so when access is questionable we’ll talk through placement before the truck rolls out.

Our standard rental is 8 days from the day we drop it off. That covers most projects without issue. If you need more time, just give us a heads-up at least 2 business days before your scheduled pickup and we’ll extend it. Easy to arrange, but we do need that notice so dispatch can adjust the route.

No hazardous materials: wet paint, solvents, oils, batteries, tires, or refrigerators with freon still in them. Dried, hardened paint is fine, it’s only liquid paint that’s a problem. Electronics sometimes need special handling, so ask first. Regular household junk, construction debris, yard waste, and remodel materials all go in without any issue.

If the bin sits on your driveway or anywhere on private property, no permit needed. If it has to go on a public street in 91101 or anywhere else in Pasadena, you’ll need a permit from the City of Pasadena public works department. The homeowner or contractor pulls it directly, it’s not something we handle.

Absolutely. Call us when your bin is full and we’ll route a pickup-and-replace, usually same-day or next-day depending on timing. This is routine on active job sites like roofing tear-offs, gut renovations, and multi-day cleanouts. A lot of our Pasadena contractors run two or three swaps on a single project.
