Hollywood Hills is one of the trickier neighborhoods we deliver to, and we know the terrain. The winding streets off Mulholland Drive, the narrow turns above Franklin, and the steep driveways tucked into the canyons all require a driver who’s been up here before. Most of our work in 90068 is high-end remodels: kitchen and bath gut jobs, hillside additions, pool deck rebuilds, and the occasional full estate cleanout when a property changes hands. A lot of homes here have limited street frontage and tight switchbacks, so bin placement matters. We’ll talk through the access ahead of time and bring the right size truck for your road. If your project needs a street placement, LADOT handles the permit.

The standard rental period is 8 days from the day we drop it off. That covers most remodel timelines without rushing. If you need it longer, just let us know at least 2 business days before your scheduled pickup and we’ll extend it. Easy to arrange as long as you call ahead.

No hazardous materials: wet paint, solvents, oils, batteries, tires, or refrigerators with freon still in them. Dried, hardened paint is fine. It’s only liquid paint that’s a problem. Electronics sometimes need special handling, so ask first. Regular household junk, construction debris, yard waste, and remodel materials are all good to go.

If the bin sits on your driveway or private property, no permit needed. If it has to go on a public street in 90068, you’ll need an LADOT street-use permit. Either the homeowner or your contractor can pull it. We can point you to the right form if you’ve never done it before.

Yes, just tell us at booking. We’ll note whether you want the rear doors facing the street, the garage, or the yard, and the driver will set it accordingly. It makes a real difference when you’re loading from one side or backing a wheelbarrow or skid steer up to the opening.

Very common in Hollywood Hills. A 3-yard or 9-yard bin usually tucks into tight driveways without issue. If access is really tight off one of the canyon roads, we can stage the bin and shuttle loads for you. Send a quick photo of your driveway and we’ll tell you exactly what fits.
