Our standard rental period is 8 days, which covers most University Park projects without feeling rushed. Need more time? Just let us know at least 2 business days before your scheduled pickup date and we’ll work out an extension. Easy to plan around.

If the bin sits on your driveway or private property, no permit needed. If it has to go on the street in 90007, you’ll need an LADOT permit, which the homeowner or contractor pulls. Most University Park jobs fit on the driveway, so it rarely comes up.

Keep out hazardous stuff. That means paint, solvents, motor oil, car batteries, tires, and refrigerators with freon. Electronics sometimes have special handling rules too, so ask first. Regular household junk, construction debris, yard waste, and remodel materials are all fine to toss in.

University Park is close to our regular routes, so we can usually get a bin out same-day if you call in the morning. Booking a day ahead is even better and locks in your preferred drop time. Call (818) 355-9597 and we’ll tell you what’s open.

You pay by the size of the bin, not by the pound. The price you’re quoted is the price you pay, as long as the load stays within the standard weight limit for that size. No surprise scale charges when we haul it off, which makes budgeting your University Park project a lot easier.
