Standard rental is 8 days from the day we drop it off. If you need more time, just give us a heads up at least 2 business days before your scheduled pickup and we’ll extend it. The earlier you tell us, the easier it is to keep your job moving without a gap.

No hazardous materials. That means no wet paint, solvents, oils, batteries, tires, or refrigerators with freon still in them. Dried, hardened paint is fine, it’s only liquid paint that’s a problem. Electronics sometimes need special handling, so ask first. Household junk, construction debris, yard waste, and remodel materials are all good to go.

If the bin sits on your driveway or private property, no permit needed. If it has to go on a public street in 91350, you’ll need a permit from the City of Santa Clarita public works department. Either the homeowner or your contractor can pull it. Most Saugus jobs end up on the driveway, so this rarely comes up.

By size. You know the full price when you book, period. No weight tickets, no surprise charges when we come back to grab the bin. The flat rate includes a generous weight allowance that covers standard household junk and typical construction debris without any issue.

Nope. As long as the drop spot is clear of cars, locked gates, or low branches, our driver can handle it without you there. We’ll text 30 to 45 minutes before arrival so you have time to move anything that’s in the way. Most of our Saugus customers aren’t home at drop-off.
