Koreatown Dumpster Rental

Koreatown is one of the densest neighborhoods in Los Angeles, and dumpster rentals here look different than they do in the Valley. Most of our 90005 jobs fall into a few buckets: apartment turnovers along Wilshire Blvd and Olympic Blvd, restaurant and retail remodels near 6th and Western, and full unit gut-renovations in the older fourplexes and bungalow courts that fill the side streets. Parking is tight, alley access matters, and a lot of buildings sit right up against the sidewalk with no driveway at all. That usually means a street placement and an LADOT permit. We’ve been dropping bins in K-Town long enough to know which blocks are doable on a weekday morning and which ones need an early Saturday drop to avoid a headache.

Our standard rental period is 8 days from the day we drop it off. That covers most remodels and cleanouts without anyone rushing. If you need more time, just let us know at least 2 business days before your scheduled pickup and we’ll extend it. The earlier you tell us, the easier it is to keep your spot on the route.

No hazardous materials: wet or liquid paint, solvents, oils, batteries, tires, and refrigerators with freon all need to stay out. Dried, hardened paint is fine. Electronics sometimes need special handling, so ask first. Standard household junk, construction debris, yard waste, and remodel materials are all welcome in any of our bins.

If the bin sits on your driveway or private property, no permit is needed. If it has to go on a public street in 90005, you’ll need an LADOT street-use permit. Either the homeowner or the contractor can pull it. Most Koreatown jobs end up on the street since driveways are rare, so plan on the permit.

We place heavy-duty protection pads under the bin in Koreatown when the driveway layout allows. Tight access, sloped driveways, or step-down approaches sometimes make pads impractical, and dispatch will tell you at scheduling if yours is one of those cases. The pads protect concrete, pavers, and stamped surfaces from staining, scratching, and pressure cracks.
