The single gated entry off Valley Circle means our drivers coordinate with the guard station ahead of time, and the winding roads up into the canyon mean we send the right truck for the job. Many driveways are long and steep, so we talk through placement before we roll out. Bell Canyon also has its own community rules to work around on top of any Ventura County requirements.

Our standard rental period is 8 days from the day we drop it off. That covers most remodel and cleanout timelines comfortably. If you need more time, just give us a heads up at least 2 business days before your scheduled pickup date and we’ll get the extension set up. Easy.

No hazardous materials in any bin: wet paint, solvents, oils, batteries, tires, or refrigerators with freon. Dried, hardened paint is fine, it’s only the liquid stuff we can’t take. Electronics sometimes need special handling, ask us first. Household junk, construction debris, yard waste, and remodel materials are all good to go.

If the bin sits on your driveway or private property in 91307, no permit needed. If it has to go on a public road, the permit comes through the local public works office and either the homeowner or your contractor pulls it. Inside the gated community there are additional HOA rules on top of that.

Delivery windows can run a little wider than our denser routes, but same-day is often still doable if you call in the morning.

Most likely, yes. The Bell Canyon HOA generally wants advance notice and a written placement plan before a bin shows up. We’ll give you the delivery date, time window, and exact bin dimensions so you have everything you need for the submission. Get the HOA approval squared away before you book with us.
