Standard rental is 8 days from the day we drop it. That covers most projects without anyone feeling rushed. If you need more time, just give us a heads-up at least 2 business days before your scheduled pickup and we’ll extend it. Easy.

No hazardous materials: paint, solvents, oils, batteries, tires, or refrigerators with freon. Dried, hardened paint is fine. It’s only wet or liquid paint that’s a problem. Electronics may have special handling rules, so ask first. Household junk, construction debris, yard waste, and remodel materials all go in without issue.

If the bin sits on your driveway or private property, no permit needed. If it has to go on a public street in 91406, you’ll need an LADOT street-use permit. The homeowner or contractor pulls it directly from the city. We can point you to the right form if it’s your first time.

Yes. We drop bins on dirt, gravel, grass, and other unpaved surfaces all the time. Just mention the surface when you book so the driver plans the approach. New construction lots and rural-feeling properties around Sepulveda Basin are routine work for us.

Each size comes with a weight allowance built into the flat rate. If you go over, we charge a per-ton overage at the dump’s actual rate, no markup games. We’ll tell you the allowance up front when you book so there’s no guessing and no surprise charges at the end.
