Standard rental period is 8 days from the day we drop it off. That covers most projects comfortably. If you need more time, just give us a call at least 2 business days before your scheduled pickup and we’ll extend it. Last-minute extensions are tougher to accommodate because the truck is already routed.

No hazardous stuff: wet or liquid paint, solvents, oils, batteries, tires, or refrigerators with freon. Dried, fully hardened paint is fine. Electronics sometimes need special handling, so ask first. Everything else you’d expect on a job site is good to go: household junk, construction debris, yard waste, and remodel materials.

If the bin sits on your driveway or private property, no permit needed. If it has to go on a public street anywhere in 91326, you’ll need an LADOT street-use permit since Porter Ranch falls under LA City jurisdiction. The homeowner or contractor pulls that one directly. We can point you to the right application if you’ve never done it.

We place heavy-duty protection pads under the bin whenever the driveway layout allows it. Pads keep concrete, pavers, and stamped surfaces from staining, scratching, or pressure-cracking under load. Tight access, sloped approaches, or step-down driveways can make pads impractical, and dispatch will let you know at scheduling if that’s your situation.

Most Porter Ranch HOAs require advance notice and a written placement plan before you drop a bin. We give you the delivery window, dimensions, and size details so you have everything the board wants to see. Get HOA approval squared away before you book so there are no delays on delivery day.
