Standard rental is 8 days from the day we drop it off. If you need more time, just give us a call at least 2 business days before your scheduled pickup and we’ll extend it. The earlier you let us know, the easier it is to keep your bin on site without juggling routes.

No hazardous materials: paint, solvents, oils, batteries, tires, or refrigerators with freon. Dried hardened paint is fine, it’s only wet or liquid paint that’s a problem. Electronics may have special handling rules, so ask first. Household junk, construction debris, yard waste, and remodel materials are all welcome.

If the bin sits on your driveway or private property, no permit needed. If it has to go on a public street in 91342, you’ll need an LADOT street-use permit. The homeowner or contractor pulls it. We can point you in the right direction if it’s your first time dealing with LADOT.

Yes, a standard mixed load of household stuff and construction debris is totally fine in one bin. The one exception is clean inert loads, meaning concrete, dirt, or asphalt only. Those need their own clean-inert bin to keep dump rates low. If you’re unsure, just ask.
